Live status could not be loaded
The status feed did not answer, so this page cannot show the current state. It tries again every 30 seconds. If your requests to the API are failing, email support@routerlane.com with the time and the error message.

Models
What the states mean
| State | A tier | A model |
|---|---|---|
| Operational | Its primary model is answering | Answering normally |
| Degraded | Requests are served by its failover model | Congested: the router is routing around it |
| Down | No model for the tier is answering | Circuit open after repeated failures |
Failover happens before the first byte, so a degraded tier still answers. See failover and queueing and the changelog.
